Sweet Potatoes with Dip

Ingredient
sweet potatoes (one makes a lot!, especially for a side dish)
 
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
3 cloves garlic; coarsely chopped (fresh garlic)
lemon (a little less than half a lemon juice)
 
Directions
Coat a baking sheet with pam or lightly with olive oil. Cut sweet potatoes like french fries or into thick circles (disks); keep the skin on the potatoes. Heat the oven to 400 degrees and bake about 15 minutes or until tender; turning the potatoes once. Meanwhile, make your dip. In a small bowl, add sour cream, minced garlic, and lemon. Stir. Eat potatoes with dip:)
