Spicy Shrimp

Shrimp; dethawed and rinsed
4 cloves garlic; coarsely chopped
1/4 tsp. chili powder and cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper
A dash of red pepper flakes
1 TBSP. olive oil
 
Combine all the spices in a small bowl. Saute half the garlic in oil for about 30 seconds. Add shrimp, spices and remaining garlic. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. The shrimp should turn pink all over. Don't over cook shrimp...it gets tough quickly.
