Spaghetti Squash Bolognese

Ingredients
Spaghetti squash
Ground turkey (1/2 a package, unless doubling the recipe)
2 tomatoes, chopped finely
2 cloves garlic, minced
π red onion chopped
Italian seasoning
salt and pepper

optional: Add veggies such as spinach, mushrooms or zuchinni

Directions
Cut the squash in half, lengthwise. Place it on a cookie sheet, skin side down. Cook in the oven for about 15-20 minutes on 400 degrees. Once the squash is cooked, remove it from the oven and let cook for about 3-5 minutes. Using a fork scrap the inside of the squash, forming spaghetti like strands. Remove all of the squash and set aside.

Meanwhile, make your Bolognese sauce. In a skillet, cook ground turkey. Drain any access fat. Add the onions and cook until tender. Add garlic, tomatoes, and seasoning.  Add the spaghetti squash and mix. Cool until heated through and serveJ
