Indian Yogurt Mint Sauce
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup fresh minted, chopped
 
Stir yogurt and mint together. Refridgerate for 30-1 hour to let flavors blend. Serve cold over Chana Masala. Yogurt lasts for a while in the refridgerator.
