Chinese Take-out

Chicken, shrimp, or no meat
Desired vegetables; chopped (see below options)
      carrots, celery, peppers, cabbage, snow peas, snap peas, broccoli, bamboo shoots, onions
2 cloves garlic; coarsely chopped
1 1/2 TBSP. sesame oil 
 
5 TBSP. soy sauce (sodium reduced)
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 TBSP. cornstarch
2 TBSP. oyster sauce
1/3 cup water
 
Boil desired meat. Saute chopped vegetables in sesame oil until tender; about 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and chopped meat. Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients into a small bowl for sauce. Stir and pour into cooked meat and vegetables. Stir until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables and meat.
