Breakfast Baked Oatmeal Goodness 2 cups rolled oats 1 cup milk 1/2 cup applesauce (or 3 TBSP. canola oil) handful of walnuts (or any kind of nut) Mix everything in a large mixing bowl. Pour ingredients into a lightly greased baking dish (casserole dish). Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with milk or water. Store in your refridgerator for a whole week, dishing out a little bit each morning and reheating with milk or water:)
1/2 cup Crasins
1 tart apple; chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 TBSP cinnamon
(add any other desired fruit; blueberries, peaches, etc...)
