Grilled Turkey and Sweet Peppers in Foil

4 (2-oz) uncooked turkey breast slices

¼ cup sliced onion

½ small red pepper, cut into thin strips

½ small yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips

4 tsps. Margarine or butter, cut into 4 slices

2 tsps. Chopped fresh basil

 

Heat grill. Sprinkle turkey breasts with salt and pepper.

Cut two 18x12 – inch pieces of heavy-duty foil. Place 2

Turkey slices on each; top with onion, peppers, margarine and basil.

Wrap each packet securely , allowing room for heat expansion.

When ready to grill, place packets, seam side up, on grill over

Medium heat.  Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until turkey juices run clear.
